services extended to you during your tenure with the organization.

We would like to inform you that your Full and Final settlement (F&F) has been processed by us; it is the
process that settles your compensation and benefits related matters with Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Therefore, it is equally your responsibility to check the calculations and get back to us if you find any
discrepancies and need any further clarifications, within 1 day from the receipt of this email. Please find the
attached F&F workings along with the Guidelines.

In addition, if the net pay in the final settlement sheet reflects as Negative, then you need to pay the amount
to us in order to release the Relieving Letter, which is the most crucial document for taking up the new
assignment in the next organization and for other purposes. It is advisable to settle the accounts with the
company; otherwise, this will be reflecting as an outstanding in our records. Please send the payment in

We have received all the checklist closure confirmation from AEE team, the final settlement amount will be
credited to your designated salary account which has been registered with Accenture. Hence, please ensure
keeping the salary account active till you receive the F&F amount. Your expected closure date is 3rd
November.
