Teacher III UPDATES:  I started the meeting with a warm greeting to the
parents who attended, then proceeded to the prayer
 Class Program and makabayan song “Bagani”. Afterwhich, I
 Classroom rules enumerated the agenda of the PTA meeting.
during pandemic  I started the meeting proper with the class updates.

I presented the new updated class program of the
 Class 1st week Grade 6 – Venus emphasizing preferred time of
 Grading System arrival here at school and what time do they expect
 Cleaners & Class their child to come home in the morning session and
Officers afternoon session.
 I also discussed the classroom rules during
 ELECTION OF pandemic so that they can help me instilling it to
PTA their child. Informing the parents about the class
OFFICERS rules can help the in the realization of its purpose,
 HPTA and it is to make the students be discipline in school
PROJECT and at home.
 OTHERS  The number of notebooks and their respective color-
coding where also presented plus the anti-covid
essentials which are the primary requirements for
the face-to-face class.
 The parents where also informed about the first
week of their child in school which focused on the
psycho-social or the coping up stage of the face-to-
face class.
 Grading system was also discussed to help the
parents understand the percentage of the written
works and performance task in each subject so that
they will know how the grade of their child is being
computed.
  Cleaners are presented so that the parents know
what day they would expect their child to be late to
come home when they are scheduled to clean.
 Since there are already elected class officers, the
parents decided that the parents of the elected class
officers be the elected HPTA officers.
 And the newly elected HPTA officers are:
President: Princess Gayoso
Vice-President: Eden Malonzo
Secretary: Mitci Mae R. Miguel
Treasurer: Wilma V. Gonzales
Auditor: Rosemarie T. Sarasa
Business Manager: Agnes A. Lacap
PIO: Marites M. Tabucol
 Princess Gayoso, the elected HPTA President
headed the meeting for the HPTA Project. Parents
suggested electric fan, printer, and television, but all
agreed with the latter which is the television.
 I ended the meeting with the recap of the points
tackle in the agenda.
The HPTA meeting of Grade 6 Venus was adjourned the at exactly 9:00 am
