Why is it important for a business to abide with this minimum wage?

The minimum wage was established to guarantee that everyone who works a full-time job can provide for a family and live on a
modest but secure income. People in entry-level positions put in a full day of various forms of labor and have a right to a decent life
when they get home. Employees should have the fundamental right to be treated with basic human decency and fairly compensated for
their contributions to the economy. Since it does not rise in accordance with inflation, the minimum wage does not provide enough
money to support a family. The government must take action to raise the minimum wage . Additionally, the minimum wage was
established to prevent employers from paying employees less than a living wage because no firm should be able to operate if it cannot
provide its employees with a living income. Raising the minimum wage would boost employee morale, which might then lead to more
concrete advantages like higher staff retention and lower hiring and training costs. Employees who are more likely to stay with a
company longer may benefit from more opportunities for growth and from a general decrease in relocation costs associated with their
jobs .
