HOW WILL YOU COMBAT /OVERCOME IT ? WHAT VALUE SHOULD YOU PRACTICE ?
I want to be free on my anger specifically to those who hurted me
from the past 3 years and until now because I experience a lot of trobles on them that affects me , my family and my loved ones. I think the best way to overcome it is to forgive them which is I think the hardest part for me and love them and accept them if they want to by slow process I want to fix my relationship to them because there’s a space in my heart that I want to treasure them. I should practice myself to be more understandable, kind and calm

Specifically , to my bestfriends who betrayed me before . I want
to be free from all the hatred and anger to them because it didn’t really benefit me at all but it more makes everything seems to be complicated . I want to forgive them but I don’t want confront them first , and for the sake of everyone’s peace I will slowly learn how I will make them back as we usually before because I really miss how we are before .
