Memories of school field trips are among the most prominent of the formative years, largely
because they are a welcome break in the routine for 8both students and teachers.

Field trips are an integral part of the curriculum. These trips not only give opportunities foe students
to learn beyond the classroom periphery but also are more effective teaching aids.

The importance of field trips giving students the chance to build closer bonds with their classmates,
experience new environments and enjoy a day away from the classroom.

Ashwini International School truly believes in ‘Learning by Seeing’. Hence organized a fun- filled and
informative field trip for the students of Ist and IInd Std on 12 th and 13th September, 2022
respectively. The students were taken to Enchanted Gardens, Punawale.The students boarded the
bus at 10:00 a.m and reached their destination by 10:30 a.m . All the students were excited to
explore the gardens. They were awestruck by the different types of plants, trees, and mesmerized by
the beautiful flowers in the gardens.

When students visit any park, museum as a part of their educational trip, they tend to experience a
real life learning which one cannot learn in books. In such kind of field trips, students experience
goes beyond classroom environment.

It was a great learning experience for everyone. It indeed is an appreciable endeavor on the part of
the school management, to have planned such an educative outing. The students were spellbound
by the amount of knowledge they received there about different plants and flowers.

They enjoyed a lot and had a wonderful day.
