Dear Sir

Employers Reference re: Mr Michael Gray

I write with reference to the above referred as requested by Mr Michael (Mike) Gray.
I have personally known and have been successfully working with Mike Gray since
2008.

At that time via his previous employers Mike successfully executed a number Company
administrative duties on our then company’s behalf all involving various Company
Fiduciary tasks. It was strictly based upon his knowledge, efficiency, effectiveness and
integrity that we contacted him again back in June 2015 to join us and to act solely for
our Startup ‘Energy Company’.

Since June 2015, Mike has once again been very effective by adding value to our group
beyond his own remit or scope of work. Being a new company, Structures and Policies
had to be quickly put in place and Mike added value to that task.

He has been responsible for the setup and management of the Group’s various
companies in various jurisdictions and has been diligently waiting for the company to
commence our first project so he may truly begin to exercise his full job description.
However, we have been delayed longer than planned and clearly Mike needs to be
fully active in what he does which we all here understand and are sad to see him leave.

Please be advised that Mike Gray will prove good for your service through his honesty
and commitment to his cause.

Yours faithfully

Jeff Dias CEO
