The Dream Team Date : 12th Feb Time : 2-6pm Round 1- + Teams will have to give a quiz which has 25 questions and 15 minutes will be provided. + The quiz questions will be related to IPL. + The top 10 teams will proceed to the next round. Round 2- + Each team will be given INR 60 Crores to bid for 12 players (at least). + The bid which starts from INR 75 lakhs will grow at a rate of INR 25 lakhs until INR 2 Crores and after that, from INR 2 Crores to INR 5 Crores it will grow at a rate of INR 50 lakhs and from INR 5 Crores to INR 10.25 Crores it will grow at a rate of INR 75 lakhs and for bids higher than INR 10.25 Crores, the increment will be INR 4 Crores. + Each team should have: © 12 players in a team (at least) © 5 foreign players at max. © Out of the 12 players, 4 batsmen, 3 bowlers, 1 wicket keeper, 1 all- rounder are compulsory. © The other players can be of the respective team's choice. * The teams have to raise their hand to place a bid, once the auctioneer calls for a bid. Once the bid is placed, they have to lower the hand and wait for the auctioneer to call for the next price bid. * The list of players with their base price and points will be given to you prior. + The team with the highest points win. In case of a tie, we would see the purse amount remaining and the team with the highest purse amount will In case, there is a tie in that too, then we will look at the no. of high- ranked players bought. * The teams are advised to maintain their respective sheets for better analysis and bidding. « The auctioneer’s decision will be final. + The members of the team can connect via other platforms but are not allowed to talk in the auction meeting room.
