Elevating collaboration to new heights, Kulachi Hansraj Model
School presents its Annual Event, Conclave 2022 . A novel scaffold
that will help participants harness their potential through
multifarious competitions which will inculcate multiple skills,
primes soft skill development, elevates engagement and
challenge-based learning. ‘CONCLAVE’ endeavors to evolve
thinking and creative minds to showcase their inherent talents and
diverse faculties.
CONCLAVE 2022 comprises Green Gold, Edge and Quest.

General Guidelines
The event comprises of an array of online /offline
competitions for students of various classes.
❖ The participating schools must register through
the given link latest by 15 Nov.
❖ We seek to encourage all the students to
participate with zeal and enthusiasm. The decision
of the judges will be final and binding.
❖ Results will be declared on 25 Nov on our school
website www.khms.ac.in
❖ Schools are requested to adhere to the deadline
dates and time limit mentioned in various events.
Last Date for Submission of entries 17 Nov (for
online events).
❖ Participants are requested to carry their lunch
box and water bottles.
❖ Schools participating in EDGE and QUEST, are
requested to send two escort teachers, each for
primary and secondary events.
❖ In case of any queries regarding the individual
events, schools may write to the event coordinators
on email or call between the 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

-No Bollywood song or music is
permitted.
-Any form of dance is allowed.
-Costume should be related to the
theme.
-Props, like sticks, dupatta, feathers etc.
may be used in dance (No assistance
shall be provided by the host school)

Rules -Base material for the mask should be
ivory sheet or card board.
-The student will create the base on the
spot only.
-Size of mask – 8 inch x 5 inch
-Only environment friendly materials
should be used.
-Materials required for drawing, cutting,
pasting , decoration etc. must be
brought by the participants.
-Mask should be in a wearable form.
-The submitted mask will become
property of the host school.

Theme Five waste materials like plastic bottles,
newspapers etc. will be provide by the
host school. The participants have to
select any three of these materials on
the spot and create some item which
should be useful, not just decorative.

Theme Each team has to enact an
advertisement promoting a novel &
innovative idea of an environment
friendly product, which may not just be
a pipe dream but can be a feasible
future and a panacea for all the demons
of pollution.

Rules -The language may be Hindi, English or a
mix of both.
-Props and costumes should be in
accordance with the character (props
to be managed by the participants).
-No recorded music will be allowed.
-Objectionability and obscenity in
language and gestures must be strictly
avoided.
-The advertisement must consist of an
innovative name, a tag line and USP of
the product.

Theme -Create a questionnaire [min: 25, max: 60]
that are related to problem identified by you
-Chatbot should contain a response to an
unknown question.
-Chatbot can be a coded one to respond for
the opted goal.
-The bot should be activated and ready for
implementation before submitting.
-2 minutes video on working of the bot is
mandatory for submission.

Rules -No animal products should be used
-Need to prepare any two dishes.
-One dish by baking using only gas stove & pots like
pressure cooker, karahi etc.
-Electric Ovens are not allowed.
-Examples- Nachos, Battis, Baked Vegetables, Baked
Apple pie, Tikkas, Biscuits, Cakes & Custards etc.
-Prepare a shake using nuts, seed, fruits etc.( No
artificial color and syrups are permitted)

Name of the Event DREAMS ON THE WINGS:INNOVATOR’S LAIR
(ATL EVENT)

Theme Sustainable Development Goals
Venue ATAL TINKERING LAB
Rules -Participants need to submit an idea proposal on
the above-mentioned theme along with the working
prototype.
-The idea should be implementable.
-Participant(s) must demonstrate and explain their
idea in the form of a prototype with a
research report through a video presentation of 2
to 3 min.
-The video must be clear & concise and must not
contain any unrelated clips, memes, etc.
-The video must be submitted by 17th November
2022 at the given email ID-

a) Name of the School
b) Name and class of participant.
-The selected prototypes will be invited for the final
round to be held on 24th November 2022.
EVENT 9
Name of the Event ARTISTIC YOGA
Classes Under 14-Boys
Under 14- Girls

Theme Rhythm in Yoga
Time Allotted 2 and 1/2 minutes
Venue AUDITORIUM
Rules -In this competition the competitor has to perform 8-10
asanas in 2:30 minutes in rhythm.
-The competitor will show the various (asanas) i.e. is
backward bending , forward bending, twisting, one
leg balance, hand balance, front & backward lying
posture, sitting postures etc. In all the four directions
-with music.
-It is compulsory to show all the postures ( described as
above ).
-The asanas and body movements should be
synchronized with music.
-All the music arrangements like your recorded songs,
phone, pen drive or CD player are to be
arranged by the competitors themselves.
-The player has to show all the movements of asanas,
with clear demonstration of asanas i.e. holding of
the postures for at least 5-7 seconds is compulsory.
Dress
-slacks/ shorts/ swimming costume, are compulsory
during the asana (four way stretchable cloth)
Judgement Criteria -Correct position of yogasana.
-Degree of flexibility, balance and calmness .
-Rhythmic sync of dance and asanas.
-If a competitor takes more time i.e. ,more than 2:30
minutes or less than 2:30 min, marks will be deducted.
