For Week Ending October 29, 2022 Quick Facts


Data current as of November 7, 2022
Seller profits are beginning to ease, as home sales dip and sales prices soften - 15.4% + 40.0% - 37.7% - 10.0% + 71.6% + 241.2%
nationwide. According to ATTOM, profit margins on median-priced single-family home
