EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Thirsty Season operated by Mr. Fritz L. Dio is commercially Water Refilling Station which offers
Purified water, alkaline water, mineral water and bottled water that also provide safer, higher
quality drinking water. The business targets to build a water station throughout the town
especially the upper Mariveles to provide water to the entire Mariveles. Thirsty Season will be
accomplished in developing a profitable business through the use of their competitive
advantages, the quality of its product and excellent customer’s service. Thirsty Season pursuing
what is best it can give to its customers by ensuring the quality of its product offering as well as
to provide the exceptional customers service which can be act as an opportunity to attract
customers and gain their loyalty. Since the Water refilling station is young enterprise, it earns a
lot of money on the fourth day of its opening because there is no much competition in the
barangay that is being built during the Thirty Season, the people of barangay camaya are
satisfied because it is clean, natural, and also affordable.
The main objective of this business proposal is to promote the water refilling station since it
was established recently with the help of promotions and various marketing strategies and
tools to increase business sales. Moreover, another business goal is to gain loyal customers and
build a water refilling station throughout Mariveles.

THE PROBLEM STATEMENT

One of the challenges that restaurants face all throughout Mariveles is the high cost of buying a
common brand of water, such as Wilkins (bottled water). This is a typical problem in
restaurants all across Mariveles.
Thirsty Season's well-thought-out plan to save establishments around Mariveles will offer by
stressing the differences between Thirsty Season and Wilkins bottled water. Thirsty Season's
bottled water is clean, safe, and reasonably priced. So, the one water bottled that we provided
to those companies is Alkaline since it is our top seller, and alkalinity is important in our bodies
because increasing alkalinity in your body is thought to improve your general health and lower
your risk of chronic disease. The alkaline diet claims to improve your health by raising the pH
level of your body's fluids and decreasing acidity.

THE PROBLEM PROPOSED

We explain how the Thirsty Season water refilling station works to the restaurant owner to gain
their trust. The thirsty season water replenishing station, which sells filtered water, is currently
seeing increased demand. Purified water meets national drinking water standards and, in terms
of containments removed, is even better than water provided by typical water delivery
systems.
The primary procedures in a water refilling station are governed by the quality water. filtration
(several stages), softening, and dispersion are the most common phases infection. The
following are examples of machines that could be used in such situations:
 Multi-media sediment- utilizes a total of 5 filter to remove sediments such as rush, sand,
and particles that are undetectable to the naked eye.
 Ion exchanger- substitutes soft mineral for hard minerals.
 Activated carbon filter- eliminates all organic chemicals herbicides, pesticides, foul
odors, and poor tastes.
 Reverse osmosis membrane- the system’s heart and most expensive components;
eliminates inorganic minerals, germs, and viruses while maintaining oxygen levels. The
product water could have a total dissolved solids (TDS) of less than 10 ppm because the
filter size is so small (less than 0.05 micrometre). The filtration process rejects about
half of the raw water volume.
 Improves the flavor of water with a post-carbon filter.
 Ultraviolet lamp- assures the water is clear of disease-causing microbes.
 Ozone generator- prevents bacteria from growing in the product tank and extends the
life of water.

NOVEMBER 20, 2022 HELD AT GROTTO TOPSIDE, BARANGAY SISIMAN,
MARIVELES, BATAAN AT 2:00 O’CLOCK IN THE AFTENON.

An AGREEMENT approving to ask the General Member, the full

implementation of the THIRSTY SEASON Price Regulation of Purified, Alkaline
and Mineral water product.
Whereas, starting April 1, 2022, the unified minimum retail price of water per
5 gallons (Slim and Round) in all Water Refilling Stations in here in Camaya,
Mariveles, Bataan.

THE PUBLIC ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, A Government agency attached to the Department of
justice, existing under the law of the Republic of the Philippines with postal address at 5/F DOJ
Agencies building. 16, Camia Street, Brgy Camaya, Mariveles, Bataan represented in this
instance by its deputy chief Public Attorney and Authorized Representative, ATTY. CELESTE A.
CORTESI, herein referred to as the “BUYER”.

THIESTY SEAON WATER REFILLING STATION, a business name duty registered under the law of
the Republic of the Philippines, with office address Barangay San Carlos, Mariveles, Bataan,
represented in this instance by its sales and marketing representative, MR FRITZ L. DIO, here in
after referred to as the “SELLER”.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the SELLER, is duty licensed and authorized to sell and operate a water business in
the Philippines; and,
WHEREAS, the BUYERS, is seeking a supplier for its drinking water requirement at its central
office;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and of the mutual
covenants and agreements, the parties here to do hereby to the following terms and condition:

1. That the BUYER agrees to subscribe/order one hundred fifty (150) bottles per week of five
(5) gallon capacity purified drinking water.
2. That the SELLER will lend bottles at no cost to the BUYER but empty bottles should be
returned after delivery of new order.
