Before the trip

1. Biosafety kit: always wear your disposable mask, remember to change it every 8 hours.

2. Entry requirements to your destination: check the documents you need to travel.
COVID-19 tests, forms and more.

3. Cabin baggage: Check your baggage allowance before going to the airport and try to
travel as light as possible for comfort.

4. Personal items: carry headphones, reading material, among others to reduce the handling
of items on board.

5. Online check-in: save time and do it from our app or website. In some countries you will
have to go to the airport counter to confirm the required information.

6. Arrival at the airport: check the arrival time allowed in each country. Remember that
some airports have restrictions on the entry of accompanying persons.

At the airport
1. Mask: use it during the whole trip and change it every 8 hours.

2. Social distancing: remember that you must maintain the distance of 2 meters/6 feet
required by the authorities .

3. Protective equipment: all our staff has face masks, gloves and others.

4. VIP rooms: food and beverages are available in individual packages and there will
be no reading material available.

5. Boarding: regardless of elite status, boarding will be from the back to the front in
small groups and disembarkation from the front to the back. You must be attentive to
calls in the lounge.

During the flight

1. Mask: wear it during the entire trip. If your flight lasts more than 2 hours, you must change it.

2. Announcements on board: you will be informed about biosecurity measures and requirements
that you must comply with during the flight.

3. Air filters: our airplanes have HEPA filters that capture 99.97% of the particles in the air and
cool the cabin.

4. Crews: our onboard personnel use all personal protection items. In addition, they are prepared
to act according to established safety protocols, follow all their recommendations.

5. Social distancing: the crews must maintain the required distance so they will not be able to help
you with your luggage.

6. Towels for disinfection: in some flights we will have towels for disinfection at your disposal.

7. Onboard service: available only on some flights where food and beverages will be served in
individual packages.

8.In-flight entertainment: bring entertainment and comfort material on board. We will only have
blankets on flights to Europe and night flights longer than 5 hours. The entertainment system will
be on (use it with your own headphones) on flights longer than 3 hours. On all other flights there
will be no pillows, blankets or other items and the entertainment system will not be available.

During the flight

1. Entry protocols: comply with the measures in force in the country you are
traveling to. (quarantines, preventive isolations, among others).
2. Social distancing: keep the distance of 2 meters/6 feet required by the
authorities, until you finish your trip.
