SUBJECT: PAPER OUTPUT TRAY IS INCORRECT COLOR

SYMPTOM:
The resin color of the Paper Output Tray is different from the specified color. (Original color is gray.).

Wrong: White color

CAUSE:
There was an error in the drawing. During a change of supplier due to a shortage of raw materials, an error
occurred in the color specification, resulting in a mix of machines with different part colors.

SOLUTION:
Production Countermeasure:
The color of the tray has been changed to the correct color. (Original Color: Gray)
This change has been applied from April 2022 production.

1. Remove the Shift Unit. (1 screw)

2. Remove the Support Tray. (2 hook)

1-BIN SHIFT TRAY PROCEDURE:

D6926024 Sheet: Tray: Cushion 1
D6923017 Film: LED: Upper 1

1. Remove Tray Cover, LED Cover and LED Harness.

2. Remove the Exit Tray.

3. Remove the Sub-Tray and LED Board. (They are recyclable parts.)

4. Attach the new sheet on the back side of the tray.

5. Attach the LED Board, new film and LED Cover.

6. Reattach the sub parts

7. Install the 1 Bin Tray Unit.
