Sub:-Scheduled Castes Component — 2020-21 — Furnishing Action Plan to
place before the Nodal Agency — Request — Reg.
Ref:-SCC budget 2020-21 Volume Vll/3.

I am to inform that an amount of Rs.71300.05 lakhs is allocated to A.P. Social

Welfare Residential Education Institutional Society, under Scheduled Castes
Component 2020-21. The scheme wise / head of account wise allocation is enclosed
in the annexure.

I request you to take note of the budget allocated under each head of account
I scheme under Scheduled Castes Component, prepare plan of action to utilise the
funds and place before the Nodal Agency in the Meeting likely to be convened in the
2 week of July 2020. This would ensure timely sanctioned and effective utilization
of Scheduled Castes Component funds.

I request you to prepare a PPT on the Acton Plan for the budget allocated for
each head of account / scheme under SCC 2020-21 and present in the Nodal Agency
Meeting and to mail a copy of the Action Plan in advance to
swcommissionercqmail.com
