JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

That we, ARNEI L E. GRAFE and GINE A. GRAFE, both of legal age, Filipinos, and
residents of Looc, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, under oath, do hereby depose and manifest:

That we have personally known the person of the late ROWENA LECAROS REYES;

That we also know that ROWENA LECAROS REYES was born on January 04, 1975 at
Mabinay, Negros Oriental, to CLAUDIA LECAROS, her mother, and GERARO REYES, her
father;

That we also know that ROWENA LECAROS REYES had one (1) child, namely: JES-
AR REYES ABLONG;

That recently we came to know that her total number of children entered into the
Certificate of Live Birth of JES-AR REYES ABLONG was “three (3)” instead of “one (1)”
which is her true total number of children.

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
facts; to set the records straight as to the correct total number of children of ROWENA
LECAROS REYES and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
