WHAT ARE ERES RECORDS?

Essentially Electronic Records (ERES) replace manually signed

paper documents.
For example, pharmaceutical companies need to create samples to
check the quality of ingredients and products. The sampler is
required to sign that they have carried out the tests and certified the
results. Traditionally, they have signed pieces of paper.
Electronic Records replace these pieces of paper.
Depending on the circumstances, ERES records can be legally
binding documents
