JOB DESCRIPTION – SUPPLY

Function: Supply

Primary Purpose of Function -

1. Responsible for executing the supply strategies and plans to achieve required production to meet market
demands.
2. Responsible for Brewery Operations.
3. Responsible for ensuring quality of beer and packaging as per global specification of brands.

1. Ensure right quantity of beer availability to packaging.

1. Lead the Packaging team maintaining world-class benchmark for packaging and
efficiency.
2. Reduce energy waste, control consumption of raw materials, improve management,
Packaging control, and improve the packaging production process to ensure product quality to meet
company standards.
3. Improve production line efficiency and reduce packaging production process loss of beer,
material losses and the costs; minimize customer complaints.

1. Ensure the product supply to meet market demand with key focus on safety of personnel
handling bottles and material handling vehicles.
Logistics 2. Provide quality and fast service to meet the needs of customers at an optimal cost.
3. Lead the team to do daily work, complete the plan, dispatch, management, and other
tasks.

1. Lead QA team, follow quality policies and procedures to ensure that the final product is as
per quality standards of ABI.
2. Ensure the quality of products is maintained under reduce product costs.

3. Drive quality culture in plant to ensure that every product meets the brand specification
without any deviation through the process.
4. Ensure implementation of 10 brewing principles and passion for beer in the organization.

1. Lead TS and Utilities Team, in accordance with the VPO Ways of working and maintaining
world class benchmark on time, energy and fluid supply to each customer.
2. Provide service for equipment and facilities with quality and timely completion of projects
in the plant.

3. Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, compliance with the by-
product wastewater management, waste management and environmental control
measures and participation in environmental communication,
4. Follow the Department's environmental problems and drive continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education and/ or specific • Ideal: Postgraduate (MBA in operations) with BE/BTech degree from top
experience Engineering college.

• High drive for results.

• Analytical mind, especially on production efficiency.
• Excellent strategic thinking and planning ability, Strong communication, team
