Fruits
The fruits are the fleshy or juicy part of the trees or plants obtained by the
production of flowers and seed-bearing parts of a plant. The fruits are
enriched with the essential nutrients and all the healthy ingredients required
by our bodies. It is proved that consuming fruits on a regular basis will make
you strong and healthy, and also it will boost the immunity power that will
protect you from diseases.

Vegetables
The vegetables are the fleshy or external outsourcing part of the plant or tree
that are used in making food and consuming as a meal in our daily routine.
We get a lot of proteins and nutrients and also other supplements to our body
on a regular basis.
Some of the vegetables are having such kind that we can easily consume them
raw without boiling and heating while some of them are needed to be boiled
and cooked properly to attain their taste by adding certain spices to it like we
prepare a daily meal to feed our body.
MEAL / FOOD
For the healthy growth of our body we eat food.
Food gives us energy to work and play.
Food contains minerals and vitamins.
We always have to eat healthy food.
We should avoid junk food.
SPEICES
Speices give extra test and smell to our meal.
They also have some medicinal qualities.
