Objectives/Agenda :
 To ensure that teaching personnel focus work efforts toward achieving the Department of
Education’s vision, mission, values, strategic priorities in upholding quality education
 To manage monitor and measure the performance of the teachers
 Identify the organizational development needs of the teachers to enable continuous work
improvement and growth
 Review commitments to the attainment of office goals and objectives and
accomplishments at the end of the rating period
 To ensure quality teacher performance at different career stages for the realization of
those duties and the specific objectives to attain the KRAs

Highlights of the Activity: 

 Teachers of Silanga National in the JHS and SHS successfully accomplished all the required MOVs
needed for the PCRF Year- End Review

Results/Output: 

 All the MOVs/ documents that teachers used in the accomplishments of their IPCRF reflects on
and the realization about improving teaching and student’s learning. It enables the teachers to
examine what and how they have learned from their personal experiences and professional
development activities, and to analyze and develop effective teaching. Through the basic
preparation, organization and completion of the IPCRF portfolio and documents, help out the
mentors to reflect on their best, effective teaching practices and the things that they need to
improve for the molding of a holistic individuals.
