PLAN FOR RING THE GOLDEN BELL

To: The Head Master of Tran Phu Primary School. The English Teacher Group of Tran
Phu Primary School would like to propose a plan to celebrate the Student's Day in 2023
as follows.
Aims: help students consolidate their learned knowledge and to prepare for the
upcoming Semester 2 exam.
The content of the question is revolving around knowlege of this course, social
information. The contest is very dramatic and exciting the participants are very actively.
And here is the plan.
I. Time: August 4th, 2022
II. Place: Schoolyard
III. Participants:
Headmaster of Department of Dak Mil Education and Training Head Master,
English Teachers, Form Teachers, General Teacher, ......
IV. Cost estimates
1. Fee for based decoration: Posters , Sweets (cake, candies) ,Mineral water , Other
things (balls, flowers…)
Total: 550.000 dong (Five hundred and fifty thousand dong)
2. Fee for Ring the golden bell: awards: The winner, the First, the Second and
the audiences’prizes.
Total: 850.000 dong (Eight hundred and fifty thousand dong)
V. Seeking funding sources
School's fund: 50%
Parent's fund: 50%
VI. Inform parents:
We will send a letter to the parents before a week.
VII. Sequence the steps:
The contest has three parts:
+ The first one is: " Introduction"
+ The second part is: " Ring the golden bell''
+ The last part is: " Result"
This is the whole plan to organize this event. Therefore, we will highly appreciate if you
allow this event to take place in our school.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, warmly welcome to the

competition:Ring The Golden Bell of Tran Phu Primary School. First of

all, let me wish all the teachers and students health, happiness and

success.

And to opening the meeting day, let’s sing and dance a song now. Ok,

we are going to listen to the music, dance and sing along the song “A

RAM SAM SAM”.

Thank all of you for your performance. Let’s have a big hand, please!

Welcome all the teachers, the parents and the students to the competition:

Ring The Golden Bell in school today.

Ladies and Gentlemen! And all the lovely children.

Base on the school schedule and academic school, based on the plan

of our Department of Dak Mil Education and Training, today we have

interesting and meaningful activities. In order to help celebrate the

Student’s Day coeval to enhance students’ English communicative skills.

Hope you have a good time and love English more.

Right now, it’s my great honor to introduce our respected quests!!!

Coming to our competition today.

Firstly, I would like to introduce Mrs Dang Thi Phuong Ha from the

Department of Dak Mil Education and Training. Let’s clap your hand to

welcome her.

 Secondly, I would like to introduce Mrs Nguyen Thi Bich Thao the

head teacher of Tran Phu Primary School. Please give a big hand to

welcome her.

Next, please welcome the students’ council President Mrs Phan Thi

To join us today, there are many teachers and the students of grade 5,

Tran Phu Primary School. Let’s give a big hand to welcome.

And now, please welcome Mrs Nguyen Thi Bich Thao the headmaster to

have a speech for opening.

Ladies and gentlemen! The activities of competition today include 3 parts

interleaved.

- The first one is “Answering the questions”.

- The second part is “Rescued game”.

- The third part is “Questions for audiences”.

Ladies and gentlemen and all the children! The judges always play an

important role in choosing the winner. And the board of panelists includes

three members. Please welcome Mrs Dang Thi Phuong Ha,Mrs.

Nguyen Thi Quynh and Mrs. Vu Thi Lien to their seat and start working.

I would like to invite the students of grade 5 move to their seat. Now, get

ready for part 1.

And now, I’ll give you the rules of the games:

  I would like to invite 30 contestants.

 You have to answer 15 questions.

 15 seconds for you to answer a question, time over you stop

and raise your board.

 You have wrong answer, please move away from your seat.

 The last student is in the yard will be the winner

Wow, I see there are lot of students are out of the yard. Do you want

to come back? Now “ Rescued game” is the chance to continue with this

competition.

And now, I’ll give you the rules of the games:

 We need 4 members of a group.

 Each group make a line. When MC say « 1,2,3 Go ! », 1st
