Requirements Elicitation

Roles:
Following are the roles for the Sales Lead Management System.
 Master Admin
 Admin
 Client/User
Requirements:
1.1. Client shall be able to setup discount code through the payment
gateway.
1.2. Client shall be able to receive automatic payment reminders.
1.3. Client shall be able to receive payment charges on monthly
recurring basis according to number of users and price per user.
1.4. Admin shall be able to upload leads in a CSV format to the clients
and the leads shall be assigned equally among the clients.
1.5. Client shall be able to send whatsapp messages before dialing
next number.
1.6. Customer shall be able to receive automatic whatsapp messages
templates.
1.7. Client shall be able to view the leads uploaded by admin.
1.8. Client shall be able to call the numbers provided by admin
through SIM.
1.9. After the call is started, auto recording should also begin.
1.10. Client shall be able to view the automatic feedback dropdown
option after the call is disconnected.
1.11. Client shall be able to save the feedback after every call.
1.12. Client shall be able to see the next number queued after the
feedback is saved.
1.13. Client shall be able to view the whatsapp message link after every
call.
1.14. User shall be able to send any inbuilt defined message after every
call.
1.15. Client shall be able to select a reminder for customers who have
said to “call me later”.
1.16. Client shall be able to receive pop up notifications to call the user
who have said “call me later”.
1.17. Admin shall be able to view recordings of all the calls that are
placed between the clients and the users.
1.18. Admin shall be able to make survey and see reports.
1.19. Admin shall be able to see the record of each person and have
access to it whenever they want.
1.20. Admin shall be able to see the data as a list which contains client
information and from which he assigns tasks to each client.
