You need two devices for the online

exam
A. One for the Zoom app and camera
to oversee you, your table and browser.
B. Second device, to open the Canvas
platform

Important things to put on top of your table.

1. Power bank, in case of brown out;

2. In case there is a power interruption, there
should be a back-up device with load for Wi-Fi
hotspot or pocket Wi-Fi as an alternative;
3. Power chord, in case of low battery;
4. Water; and
5. Prescribed number of clean scratch papers
back to back. You have to ask permission for
other things you think you might still need.

Make sure to do all the personal
necessities before starting the exam
like going to the comfort room. Should
exigencies arise during exam, you
have to seek permission from the
proctor to the Zoom chat addressed
to “Everyone”. Only one examinee will
be allowed at a time.

If you have completed
the exam, make sure to
ask politely the proctor to
leave the Zoom meeting
through the Zoom chat.

Failure to follow instructions
from 1 to 7, the examinee
will be removed from the
Zoom app and terminate
the Canvas platform link.
