    Now, We will change some step in new installation. For all new customer, sale team will
    create survey reality in BCCS and send to technical team.

    Step(1)When sale team created this survey reality, technical will receive sms for this
    customer survey

    When you receive this SMS, you must survey this customer home in outside within 1 hour as
    per BOD instrunction.
    (1) over 400 meter or not
    (2) have pole to deploy cable or not?
    (3) any issue have or not ?
    You make to sure survey in outside. When you update successful in survey, you must deploy
    to finish

    If this customer can deploy in outside,We must choose progess – cloesd and result -success
    and fail note.

    After you feedback on MBCCS, sale team will receive your feeback in their phone sms.
