The researcher's survey questionnaire will be used in the study. The questionnaire will
consist of Three (3) parts. The first section will ask respondents about their
sociodemographic profile, such as their age, sexual orientation, and educational level.
The second section of the test will consist of 15 questions designed to assess
respondents' understanding of the effectiveness of technology in delivering healthcare
education to the performance of the nursing students. The results will be measured and
interpreted using a 5-point Likert scale, where 5 is Very Satisfactory, 4 is Satisfactory, 3
is Fair, 2 is Unsatisfactory, and 1 is Very Unsatisfactory. A test of test-retest reliability
will be performed on this section to ensure that the questions are accurate and have
consistent items.

Weight Description Interpretation

Very Satisfactory This means that the respondent has a

very satisfactory knowledge about
5 effectiveness of the technology in
delivering healthcare education to the
performance of nursing students

This means that the respondent has a

satisfactory knowledge about
4 Satisfactory effectiveness of the technology in
delivering healthcare education to the
performance of nursing students.

3
Fair This means that the respondent has a
fair knowledge about effectiveness of
the technology in delivering healthcare
education to the performance of
nursing students.

2 Unsatisfactory This means that the respondent has an

unsatisfactory knowledge about the
effectiveness of the technology in
delivering healthcare education to the
performance of nursing students.
1 This means that the respondent has a
very unsatisfactory knowledge about
Very Unsatisfactory effectiveness of the technology in
delivering healthcare education to the
performance of nursing students.

The third section will include a 20-item checklist reflecting respondents' attitudes toward
the effectiveness of technology in delivering healthcare education to nursing student
performance as measured on a 4-point Likert scale: 4 - Strongly Agree; 3 - Agree; 2 -
Disagree; and 1 - Strongly Disagree. The fourth section will also include a 15-item
checklist reflecting the respondents' level of practices on the effectiveness of
technology, which will be measured on a 4-point Likert scale: 4 - Strongly Agree; 3 -
Agree; 2 - Disagree; and 1 - Strongly Disagree. A Cronbach alpha reliability test will be
performed on these components to ensure that the items are valid and consistent.

Weight Range Description Interpretation

has a very good attitude on and
highly observes the effectiveness
of the technology in delivering
healthcare education to the
