BetterDay Toddlers will be registered under the name of CPPTU partnership. The center will maintain a
simple operating management system, the partners will be the one that will cater the needs of the clients
and will work on the day-to-day operations in the center.
Managers
They are responsible of managing the entire center including policy making and to create
and implement an operations plan to manage the business.
Admission Staff
Help the management in terms of financial statements to ensure proper recording and
accounting of all business transactions in the center.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and carrying out curriculum like creating activities that are fun and educational
for the children.
Planning activities that designed to facilitate the social, emotional, and cognitive
development of the students.
Develop and maintain a constructive at the same time ongoing rapport with children and
parents.
Manage the day-to- day classroom activities including activities, play, snack breaks, and
even rest time for the toddlers.
Making sure that the classroom safe and conducive to learning at all time.
Tracking and deliver reports to parents of students' progress and potential concerns to the
management
Qualifications:
Help the teacher manage the classroom and plans activities for the children.
Prepares snacks and help feeds the children.
Assist the kids to get dressed or change diapers when needed.
Always prepared to teach in the lead teacher’s absence.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or College level, preferably related to Early Childhood Education.
Prior experience working with toddlers and kids, preferably within a similar setting
Must be warm, nurturing, patient, and open to learning.
Must be capable of managing a group of children with varied personalities positively and
respectfully in various situations.
Having first aid kit training is advantageous.
Must be 18 years older or above but not over fifty years old.
Passed identity and criminal record checks.
Have a valid SIA license.
Every two months to check and assess the wellness of the children and to provide proper
guidelines in handling the toddlers at young age.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed doctor/dentist
