Timothy Z. Mosley was born on March 10, 1971. He is a Grammy-Award-winning American record producer, composer,
rapper, and singer and his performing name is Timbaland.
He is primarily known for his work as a producer of urban pop hit albums and singles for a number of artists (for example
Madonna, Duran Duran, 50 Cent, Mary J Blige) from the mid-1990s to the present day. His production style consists in a
trademark sense of space and rhythm which ties together unusual arrangements, sounds and instrumentation. As a producer he
can boast many top-ten hits, in a variety of genres, and even many imitators. In addition to his production credits, Timbaland is
also a famous performer, both as part of a duo with childhood friend Magoo and as a solo singer. We can also find his voice as

OneRepublic released the song Apologize in 2006. The song is the top radio airplay hit in the history of Top 40 radio in North
America- in fact it racked up an astounding 10,693 spins in one week and broke the previous record by 370 spins. The song
charted strongly around the world and reached number one in 16 countries including Australia, Austria, Germany, Italy, New
