A RESOLUTION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING SECOND YEAR
STUDENT, MS. JHANINE C. FALCASANTOS AS APPOINTEE FOR THE POSITION OF SSC SECRETARY

WHEREAS, The FCI Supreme Student Council Constitution and By-Laws, has always serve as the framework
of rule that govern the system of the student council of Hardam Furigay Colleges Foundation, Inc;
WHEREAS, Relative to Article X entitled ‘Duties and Responsibility’ Section 4.6.1 of Supreme Student Council
Constitution and By-Laws amended as of May 2014 stated that “This committee shall have responsible in
examining and screening appointed officer as recommended by the President of the Council;
WHEREAS, Article VIII ‘Term of Office’, section 7 of Supreme Student Council Constitution and By-Laws
amended as of May 2014 stated that “Each officer shall take the office upon election and shall serve for a term
of one year and until the successor is duly elect or appointed and qualified. An Officer shall hold the same
elected office for more than one year except for the position of president, Vice President and Board Member”;
WHEREAS, the SSC President has the authority of general supervision over all members of the College
Assemblies in ensuring the dynamic embodiment of the student council principles and purpose;
WHEREAS, in the absence of general provisions for the acceptance of resignations and appointment on
vacancies to manage the proceedings of FCI Supreme Student Council;
Hereafter, I, MAELAR G. BARAHIM, Hardam Furigay Colleges Foundation, Inc. Supreme Student Council
President, by virtue of the executive power vested in me by and for the studentry of FCI Supreme Student
Council;
The appointment of MS. JHANINE C. FALCASANTOS for the position of the SSC – Secretary
General of 15th Supreme Student Council. Given this circumstance, it is in good faith that the Secretary
General assume the vacant position.
Hence, I declare the proper action of endorsing Ms. Jhanine C. Falcasantos as the new
Secretary General.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the SSC President to authorize the appointment of the
Secretary General to assume responsibility\ of the SSC Assembly this 7 th day of October 2022, at
Hardam Furigay Colleges Foundation, Inc., Field Campus, Limo-ok Lamitan City, Basilan Philippines.
