Are you aware in the following provision;

1. Any person who causes, fixes, facilitates, or arrange a child


marriage shall suffer the penalty of prison mayor in its
medium period and a fine of not less than 40,000 pesos.
2. That should perpetrator be an ascendant, parents, adopted
parents or guardian of the child, the penalty shall be prison
mayor in its maximum period or fine of not less than 50, 000
pesos.
3. That if the perpetrator is a public officer, he/she shall be
dismissed from the service and maybe perpetually disqualified from
holding office at the discretion of the court.
4. Any person who produces, prints, issues and/or distributes
fraudulent or tempered documents such as birth certificates,
affidavits of delay registration of birth or foundling certificates
for the purpose of misrepresenting the age.
5. Any person who performs or officiates a child marriage
shall be suffer the penalty of prison mayor in its maximum
period and a fine of not less than 50,000 pesos.
6. An adult partner who cohabits with a child outside wedlock
shall suffer the penalty of prison mayor in its maximum period
and a fine of not less than 50, 000 pesos.
7. That this shall be without prejudice to higher penalties that
may be imposed in the revised penal code and other special
laws.
8. The foregoing unlawful and prohibited acts are deemed
public crimes and be initiated by any concerned individual.
9. DSWD shall take the lead in the implementation of this act
and create programs that will address the prevalence of child
marriage.
10. DOJ shall ensure the penal provision of this act that carried
out and provide access to justice and legal services to victim
through the public attorney’s office.
11. LGU’s to provide basic intervention for the rescue
recovery rehabilitation and support of victims of child
marriage.
12. National Commission on Muslim Filipino’s shall include
in its program of action awareness raising campaign within
muslim community on the impact and effect of child marriage.
13. National Commission of Indigenous People shall include
in its program of action awareness raising campaign within
indigenous cultural communities/indigenous people on the
impact and effect of child marriage.
14. Philippine Commission of Women shall integrate
dissemination of the provision of this act in program in public
awareness and behavior change communications.
15. Department of Education shall include cultural sensitive
and age appropriate modules and discussion on the impact and
effects of the child marriage in impact and effect of child
marriage in its comprehensive sexuality curriculum.
