JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Software Development Engineers (SDEs) use cutting-edge technology to solve complex
problems and get to see the impact of their work first-hand.

The challenges SDEs solve for at K12 Techno Services are impactful and influence millions of
students around the world. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about
creating new products, features and services from scratch while managing ambiguity and
the pace of a company where development cycles are measured in weeks, not years.
Key Responsibilities: 

● Design and Build efficient intuitive applications.

● Work with a wide range of systems and technologies and solve problems end-to-end.
● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver
high-quality user-facing products.
● Design and implement functional requirements.
● Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
● Be a good Team Player

Desired Candidate Profile:

● Knowledge / Interest in some of the following technologies

○ Web Technologies – React Js
○ Backend Technologies – Python , Django , Flask
○ Databases – PostgreSQL, Non-Relational Databases (Redis)
○ Mobile Technologies - Flutter, React native
● Good grip on computer science fundamentals , Object oriented design, data
structures.
● Good understanding of REST API Development, HTTP Methods
● Willingness to learn different programming paradigms, languages and technologies is
a requirement
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Ability to understand, adapt, initiate, implement process, and operate in a changing
and sometimes undefined environment
● Analytical thinking, planning, communication, problem-solving, good judgment, and
the ability to influence others positively is required
● Ability to effectively communicate even when the information is sensitive/difficult
● Demonstrate the ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Ethical, Courageous, Transparent, Imaginative, Candid, and Responsible
● Previous Internship is plus
