BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INCIDENT
Location : Post 09 Main Gate, AAC compound, Maribulan, Alabel, Date / Time : 31 August 2022 /1520
Sarangani Province

At about 1520 31 August 2022, while the duty Post 09 guard SG Ruselle Malantao conducting
routine inspection to all outgoing employees and workers riding motorcycles, he caught a certain
I AAC regular employee, Ryan Christian L. Peneda, 25 yrs old and resident of Barangay Spring,
Alabel, brought 3 kg of fresh Vannamie with ABW 44.84 grams. 5 minutes later, there's another

regular employee attempting to bring out the 6 kg of fresh Vannamie with same ABW without any
C necessary document, a certain Alvincent A. Delostrico, 22 yrs old and resident of Barangay Spring

Alabel also. 2. Both suspects were assigned at Transition Grow out as harvester and had the same
modus operandi. The stolen fresh Vannamie were concealed and placed inside their respective
D motorcycle's battery compartment which were improvised and fabricated to provide extra
E compartment that can't be easily notice and detect by the duty guard. The two (2) suspects were
apprehended by the duty gate guard and confiscated the stolen 9 kg of fresh Vannamie withABW
N 44.84 at the Post 09 inspection area. Afterwhich, SG Malantao called up ANEstrebilla for
T assistance and initial investigation. As the result, the suspects could not provide any documents or
proof of purchasing the products. Immediately, ANEstrebilla advised the duty post 11 SG Edwin
Baguio to call up PNP Alabel for Police action.

A a. At 1528 31 Aug 2022, ANEstrebilla conducted initial investigation at the scene and requested
C assistance to Alabel PNP for police action.
T b. At 1535 31 Aug 2022, ASA went to the scene and made initial report to GTA/ IMM for
I guidance as well as made coordination with RCC for legal action to be filed against the suspects
 tomorrow, 01 September 2022.
c. At 1540 31 Aug 2022, team PNP Alabel on duty arrived at AAC main gate/ Post 09 and

conducted initial investigation. Afterwhich, the two (2) suspects, a certain Alvincent A. Delostrico

and a certain Ryan Christian L. Peneda and the confiscated 9 kg of fesh Vannamie as well were
T brought to Alabel Police Station for proper disposition.
A d. At 1730 31 Aug 2022, ANEstrebilla and SG Baroman left Alabel Police Station while the
K detained suspects Alvincent A. Delostrico and Ryan Christian L. Peneda were under the custody of
E PNP Alabel in good physical condition.
