National Children’s Month is celebrated in November in the Philippines every year. This
month-long celebration aims to give Filipino children access to a healthy environment, good
education, and healthcare. Dr. Jose Rizal, the Philippines’ national hero, once said that the
youth is the future of the nation, and investing in children is key for the betterment of the next
generation. This year’s celebration bears the theme “Kalusugan, Kaisipan, at Kapakan ng
Bawat Bata Ating Tutukan!” which focuses on the mental health and wellbeing of the
children.

Relative thereto, the Local Government Unit of Daram through the MSWD Office will conduct
a municipal-wide celebration on November 23, 2022, 8:00 AM at the Municipal Covered
