3 The value of Input Tax Credit should match with provisions of GST Act and with Schedule 1.9.
4 In case of incorrect GST declaration by L‐1 Bidder, the basic value of the component(s) shall be adjusted without any
increase in the Contract Price (net of Input Tax Credit).
5 In case of arithmetic error in totaling, corrected arithmetic total will be considered. In case of a discrepancy between
words and figures and / or arithmetic error in totaling, corrected arithmetic total will be considered.
6 If any discrepancy is found in furnishing any Remarks/Footnotes/Comments between Un‐priced bids and Priced bids, 
7 In case of discrepancy between summary price table and individual tables, the prices mentioned in summary price
table shall prevail.
