I SEARCH AND DOWNLOAD EMPTY MANDALA FROM GOOGLE. MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE LEGAL
RESTRICTIONS AND COMPLIANCE OF DOWNLOADING IMAGES FROM THE WEB. COLOR THE MANDALA BY
APPLYING THE PRINCIPLES OF RADIAL BALANCE.
II ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

1. BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE OF COLORING MANDALA, HOW IS THE TYPE BALANCE DIFFERENT FROM THE
OTHERS?

 Based on my experience to color the mandala, the different balance from the other is radial
balance based on the circle with its design extending from center and Coloring mandalas is a
form of art therapy meant to relieve my stress and increase focus while exercising my brain
and expressing my creativity.

2. WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES IN ENSURING THAT A MANDALA WILL CREATE A RADIAL BALANCE?

 Radial balance is created by the central spiral. Radiates from the center of the composition and
its visual weight is evenly spread. and Not all symmetry in art and design is based on
balancing the left and right of a composition. Radial balance relates to elements that spread
out from a central point. Whenthe visual weight of these elements is evenly spread, the result
is radial symmetry.

3. WHAT IS A MANDALA ART?

 A mandala is a complex abstract design that is usually circular in form. In fact, "mandala" is a
Sanskrit word that means "circle". Mandalas generally have one identifiable center point, from
which emanates an array of symbols, shapes and forms. Mandalas can contain bothgeometric
and organic forms.

4. WHY MANDALA ART IS SO FAMOUS?

 Mandalas were originally used as a spiritual emblem in Asian art, but they have subsequently
gained popularity as a meditation tool across a wide range of cultures, Mandalas and
thangkas, in particular, are used as a symbol of the cosmos and a road mapfor the route to
enlightenment in Hindu and Buddhist cultures.

5. WHY DO PEOPLE DRAW MANDALA? AND WHAT IS MANDALA FOR BEGINNERS?

Because the mandala represents the Self and that drawing a mandala gives a person a sacred
space to meet that Self. Mandalas are great tools for meditation and increasing self-awareness.
