AN ADJACENT HAZARD OR CLOSED AREA OR LENGTH OF ROAD OR SHOULDER APPROPRIATE HIGH VISIBILITY CLOTHING. THE TRAFFIC SAFETY VEST IS DESIGNED
ALONG WHICH IT IS HAZARDOUS FOR VEHICLES TO TRAVEL. TO MAKE WORKERS MORE CONSPICUOUS AND TO WARN USERS OF THEIR
