How do you show equality in a

classroom where there are children with special needs.

Inclusion is great. Children with special needs are no longer isolated in special
education classrooms and can only be found in playgrounds or canteens. Children
with special needs grow up in front of their peers. There are so many lessons that
special needs children can learn from other children, and there are so many
friendships that need to be made. As a teacher, you must allow all students to work
on the same assignments. Rather than setting different projects, assign the same
ones but allow the students with disabilities to work towards the goals in different
ways. Use accommodations to help them feel like they are part of the class, rather
than separate.
Equity in the classroom, or supporting the outcomes of students of all
backgrounds and abilities, is essential to a productive learning environment.  The
fundamental goal when promoting equality is to raise awareness and make sure that
all individuals are treated equally and fairly.
When encouraging diversity in the classroom, many activities and principles can
be used to create a comprehensive atmosphere to help students recognize and
respect the differences between people. Promoting diversity and equality in
education is paramount to both students and teachers. The goal is to create a
comprehensive classroom environment where students have the opportunity to
grow, a safe and unjudgmental space. The success of diversity education and
awareness serves to highlight the individual characteristics and qualities that make
people unique and distinct. Young people need to understand equality and human
rights. This knowledge helps us understand how they should be treated and how
they should treat others. When promoting equality and teaching these issues, we
create a safe environment for students to ask, discuss, explore and form lasting
values, morals and opinions. When students are taught to respect diversity, they gain
the knowledge and understanding to help them improve relationships, break
prejudices and make positive choices throughout their lives. In today's challenging
and diverse societies, young students need to be instilled with a positive and open-
minded attitude.
