Select permit type (ECC/CNC/PTO/DISCHARGE),
fill out the required information then click "Add
Permit" and repeat until all of company's permit are
flashed in the screen.

Click "Add more" to select permit type then, type product
name and click "Add product". If you need to change some
information, click on the trash bin icon

Select "Add more" Button

 Step 4: Hazardous Waste Profile
Select a waste generated by your company (Note: Register all
possible hazardous waste that your company may generate) then
click “Add waste profile”.. Repeat until all possible waste are registered.

 Step 5: Upload Required Documents
Upload supporting documents by dragging files to the page or
by cliking the Add Files button.
Note: Maximum filesize is 20MB. Split files that are greater than
20MB and upload them separately. Accepted filetypes are pdf,
jpg, jpeg, png, gif.An asterisk (*) indicates that the item is required.
The "Finalize" button wil only be enabled once the required
