Pneumatic Valve decrimper in Aerosols to retrieve the leak cans generated
during crimping operation and re-use them to bring down the wastages by 6
lacs per annum. 2. Installation and commissioning of Carton Packing machine
CP- 120 in Vaporizer after training at ACG Pampac Machines Ltd. Pune. 3. Core
team member for developing the piece- rate model for the wages of manpower
in Vaporizer, Aerosols and coils to improve the productivity and OEE. 4 Rolled
TPM in unit while acting as coordinator 5. Modified the packing pattern of leaflet
in aerosol cans by changing the position of fixing leaflet leading to manpower
reduction and cost saving of 3 lacs per year. Reduction of manpower by 22 Nos.
(25 %) in Aerosols gradually by line balancing and process improvement /
modification, saving 13 lacs per year. TRAININGS ATTENDED :- Leadership

Experiential learning program of 1 week at HCC Mumbai for enhancing the
communication skills, team development and presentation skills. Global
