DAY: 01
Joshimath

The voyage to the brilliant goal

Kuari pass will begin from
Joshimath, a town in Chamoli
District in the Indian state of
Uttarakhand. Situated at a stature
of 6150 Ft. it is an entryway to a
few Himalayan trekking
destinations as well. While Driving
to Karanprayag/Joshimath, you will
pass through the Panchprayag or
the five blessed junctures of
Ganga—Devaprayag,
Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag,
Nandaprayag, and Vishnuprayag.
DAY: 02
Joshimath to Dhak - Tali
(10,908 ft.)

Morning in the lap of Himalayas

will fill you with enthusiasm, and
you will start your trek today from
Joshimath to Dakh to Tali, post
breakfast. You will begin from
Joshimath in the steep ascent;
witness the giant mountains in
front of you and the most
pampered mountain which is
known as sleeping Lady Mountain.
DAY: 03
Tali to Kuari Pass (12,516)
and back to Tali
The trek will be a little hard as you
will pass by broken bridge, frozen
stream followed by ridges that will
make the trek little tiring but that
is just the first side of the picture,
highlights are still waiting to blow
your mind when you reach the
top, the spinetingling view of the
mountain peaks such as
Kedarnath Peak, Kedardome,
Chaukhambha, Balakun, Neel
Kantha, Mukut Parvat, Kamet, Abhi
Gamin, Mana I, Ghori Parvat, Hathi
Parvat, Dronagiri, Kalanka,
Changabang, Nanda Devi, Nanda
Ghunti will be the eye-pleasing
therapy.
DAY: 04
Tali - Joshimath via Auli
As the last day was so pleasing
and awe- inspiring, you must have
kept all the memories close to
your heart to cherish them your
whole life as Kauri pass trek will
end this day and you will find your
way back to Joshimath via Auli
where on the way you can capture
the beauty of Auli too, that is so
wonderful ad unusual and will
make your whole trek the best of
all the time.
DAY: 05
Departure from Joshimath
As the last day was so pleasing
and awe-inspiring, you must have
kept all the memories close to
your heart to cherish them your
whole life. So, Kauri pass trek will
end this day.
 Inclusion
Meals as specified in the itinerary (it will be
basic Indian vegetarian Meals).
Experienced Trekking Guide.

Basic First Aid Kit (Please do carry your
personal medicine).

Sleeping Tents.

own sleeping bags as per your
comfortability).
Sleeping Liners (We do provide the same,
however its recommend to carry your own
for comfort).
Exclusion
Mandatory GST of 5% on Invoice Amount.
Any kind of Travel / Health Insurance
(Trekveda strictly recommend each traveller
to please carry your own travel / health
insurance).
Trekking Shoes, Trekking Jacket, Trekking
Sticks.
Any specific Meals /Snacks / Beverages
unless mention in the cost included section.
Any of Cost for Airfare, Train fare.
Any kind of medical expenses.
Any tips, laundry, Phone call, liquors, mineral
water, camera fee or any other personal
nature expenses.
Airport pickup and drop services ( Will be
subject to additional cost).
Any other fee / charges not mentioned in the
cost included section.
Backpack offloading charges, the backpack
should not weigh more than 9 kgs.
Suitcases/strollers/duffel bags will not be
allowed (Subject to additional cost).
Points To Note
If there is any unprecedented hike in the cost of transport, Local Union, Government, Air (including
fuel surcharge) or accommodation made by any parties other than Trekveda. It will also affect the
cost. The additional unprecedented cost will be the responsibility of the Client.
Trekveda shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, Flight, Train, Bus
Cancellations, Weather conditions; the additional cost incurred will be borne by the clients.
Please note the quote for these programs has been quoted and calculated as per the current tax
structure, any changes/ amendments, increase in the tax structure, which will be imposed by the
government of India, will affect the quotation and this will be additional cost to be borne by the
clients.
Any special assistance which might have to be provided due to the Natural calamity or Emergency
conditions will be carried out by our Trekveda or our operational partner on ground as required due
to safety or situational demands with or without prior discussion with clients given its nature. The
cost of such emergency operations will be the sole responsibility of the Client.
Please note trekking / driving time given in the program are approximate and it may vary due to
break for refreshments, photography, bad weather and Road conditions.
Pre Packing list will be shared with you once you have booked and confirmed the trek.
Don not carry any expensive belongings, lockers storage facilities are not liable and guaranteed,
please be responsible for your own.
Risk and Liabilities
Clients shall agree that Trekveda shall not be held responsible for consequences of natural calamities,
weather condition, failure of scheduled airline, detention and delays due to quarantine, strike, theft,
force major, civil disturbance, government restriction or regulation, accident by aircraft, car, bus or any
other form of transport relating to program schedule. The trekkers understand that such situations
may occur, and we will inform you of the situation as soon as we have knowledge of it. The right is
reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require, all additional cost occurs in such case
will fully be borne by the travelers. Also, Trekveda shall not be held responsible for any loss/damage of
your personal belongings.

Affilation and Initiation

Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board is the highest

body to advise the Government on all matters relating to
tourism in the State. The statutory board is chaired by the
Tourism Minister Govt. of Uttarakhand and Chief Secretary
of Uttarakhand is its vice chairman. The Principal Secretary/
Secretary tourism acts as Chief Executive Officer. It also has
five non-official members from the private sector and
experts in tourism related matters.
