ANABELLE G. ARCILLA, LPT.

Ms. Anabelle Arcilla, has Masters Degree in Early

Childhood Education from Wesleyan University
Philippines. She also graduated as cum laude for her
Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education at Central
Luzon State University. A very dedicated teacher, she
is a Licensed Professional Teacher and has been
teaching since 2016. Her passion in teaching and
strong faith in the foundation of education in the
early years of life lead the establishment of the Bright
Beginnings Academy. Currently, she is taking up
Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology at
the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
 PRINCIPAL
KATHRYN LOUISE G. VALENTON, LPT.

Kathryn Louise G. Valenton is our school principal.

She is a shining example of how procedures and
routines can lead to a successful school year.
She is from Jaen, Nueva Ecija. She received her
Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education major in
English at College of the Immaculate Conception and
Masters degree in Education major in Early
Childhood at Wesleyan University-Philippines.
She is a licensed Professional teacher since 2018 and
handling early childhood students for almost 2 years.
Her teaching philosophy is very simple, "students do
not care how much you know, until they know how
much you care."

DONNAH MARY JOY A. LAPADA, LPT.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in elementary

education, major in preschool at Central Luzon State
University, and currently taking up a master’s degree
in early childhood education at Wesleyan University
Philippines, Master’s degree in Business
Administration at Lyceum Northwestern University,
and had a master’s unit in Educational management
at University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
She is a licensed professional teacher and an early
childhood educator for five years and was promoted
as the school teacher of bright beginnings academy.
She is responsible for leading and creating positive
relationships among the students.

ANJANNETTE A. SANTOS, LPT.

Anjannette A. Santos, one of the teacher of the school

graduated Bachelor in Elementary Education at
NEUST-MGT Talavera.
She took post-graduate units of Master of Arts in
Educational Leadership and Management at
Wesleyan University-Philippines and currently taking
up Master of Education Major in Early Childhood
Education at the same university.
She has been teaching elementary in private school
from 2015-2017 and in public school from 2018-
2022.
It is her belief that the children’s mind were not built
not just to sit and be taught but they were built to
play, explore and succeed that moved her to lead and
direct the school in promoting effective educational
program.

MARIA M. MINCHIN, LPT.

One of the teachers at Bright Beginnings Academy is

Maria M. Minchin. She graduated from Wesleyan
University in the Philippines. She gives good
guidance. She promotes a welcoming and tolerant
environment and places a strong emphasis on a
child's total growth over the course of five years of
instruction.

Angelica L. Colmenares one of the teacher aid of

Bright Beginnings Academy. She graduated from
Wesleyan University in the Philippines. She believes
that every child deserves access to high quality
education that prepares them for success in life.

KATHRYN CHANDRIA M. BERNARDO

She graduated from Wesleyan University in the

Philippines. She had been a teacher's aide in a
preschool for the past two years. and always enjoyed
working with children and helping them develop their
skills in math, reading, and other subjects. For her the
kids are so sweet and she love spending time with
them.

One of the teacher aide at Bright Beginnings

Academy is Kimberly Sue Y. Chiu. She graduated
from Wesleyan University in the Philippines. She
believes that all children should be encouraged to
reach their full potential through education and
playtime activities like these ones before they begin
formal schooling at school age!

Nadine Alexis P. Lustre, RN.

Nadine Alexis P. Lustre, a registered nurse. She

graduated from Wesleyan University in the
Philippines. In the event of an injury or serious
illness, she offers basic healthcare to children,
teachers, and other staff members in the school
setting.\

HOPE ELIZABETH SOBERANO, CPA.

Hope Elizabeth Soberano, a certified public

accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting,
works as the school accountant. She attended Tarlac
State University and graduated. She is devoted and
accountable in her work. She can effectively handle
difficult problems while working under duress.

JUAN DELA CRUZ

Juan Dela Cruz, a trained security guard finished his

senior year at Makabulos Memorial HighSchool. He
is dedicated and accountable in his work. He can
effectively handle difficult problems while working
under pressure. He is 7 years in service as a security
guard.

RICHARD R. FAULKERSON JR.

Bright Beginnings Academy's janitor is Richard R.

Faulkerson Jr. He completed his senior year at
Makabulos Memorial High School. He is responsible
and committed to his work. He is capable of handling
challenging issues while working under pressure. He
bears accountability for his effort.
