 Try to make our costumer loyal to our brand that they prefer our brand on others.

II. Product/Services
This hoodie has a unique sense of fashion because it is an original work of the creators. The
buyer can also choose their desired designs that will integrate their own preference. This is
perfect to those people who is part of fandoms and loves to watch anime. It is made entirely
from High quality twill with a combination of bright and simple colors that will retain its sharp
and light weight structure. The product ensures a budget friendly price with an authentic
quality.
We are extending and expanding our business in the way of producing new products and
services. Our business will produce T-shirts with anime prints and Moncler’s hoodie is traced
with faux leather and topstitching in the same tan hue. It's made from a lilac cotton-blend
jersey and cut for a relaxed fit. Wear yours with jeans or the coordinating track pants.
Moncler’s track pants are made from soft cotton-blend jerseys and appliquéd with the brand's
felted anime logo patch at the hip. They have a tapered fit and contrasting faux leather
waistband and cuffs. Our business will offer Blending Art and Fashion to our customers. With
this Blending Art and Fashion, customers can design their own hoodies and t-shirt. We will sell
plain t-shirts and hoodies for those who what to design their own. And the material in designing
their own has water-based paint and ink. Design their own clothing whether they have any
artistic skill or not. It will be fancy art that's unique and original. Most of all they will be
entertained while creating their own fashion art. These products we will offer are add-on
offerings for our current customers and at the same time, we will seek new customers for
Blending Art and Fashion.

III. Target Customers


The demographic characteristic of our target customers are people ranging from 18 – 24
years old, both male and female. They live and work anywhere in the Philippines, and even a
low-income customer can afford our cheap but quality products and services. Our target
customers interest is anyone who has an interest in anime. Also, everyone can buy our product
regardless of their lifestyle and beliefs.
Our target market’s behavior and pattern are the ones who’s always aware to our new
products, and once they become aware they will generate preference compared to other
competitive product offerings. They will also have the engagement to make a pre-purchase or
purchase decision. If so, they then move to a critical behavior point, Advocacy. After they
purchase our product, whether they are satisfied or not, they will share the information they
experience to others.
We only have an online platform. So, our target customers would be the people who
browse online for products and services. We look forward to those who search for quality and
cheap products and services for anime hoodies. They might be a comic and/or manga reader of
an anime or they also buy different clothing to cosplay it or to show their interest or to show it
off as their fashion.
Based on the data of our company, we have 53,915 followers on Facebook and 53, 248
likers. And on Instagram we currently have 5,450 followers. We expect a hundred customers
each week and a thousand customer each month. There are always customers every day, by
that, we can tell that customers often buy our services and products. They spend approximately
400 pesos to 2000 pesos each customer. Day by day there’s always a new customer availing our
services and products, we also have regular customers, and our market is growing.
By adding new products to our line up, I can assure that our market will grow more
because we always introduce products that will hype and hook up our customers taste. Also,
our customers always give feedbacks that we can post online, by this method we gain trust
from more customers. They also share it to their family, friends, relatives, and loved ones.
Briefly, in the near future, our market will get bigger and our company will have a wide network
throughout the whole world.

IV. UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION AND COMPETITIVE

Unique Selling Proposition
The Perry in disguise hoodie is being marketed by getting cosplayers who will use the
hoodie to make it more appropriate since the design is likely inspired by anime. Another thing
they consider is getting an influencer that reached wide variety of audiences to endorse the
product. We use quality materials and also we offer it in low cost, by that, more customers will
enjoy the products and services we offer. Sometimes, customers buy in bulk so we offer them
freebies, we also give discount to our regular customers. Our services also offers hoodie
customization, this is also our advantage to our competitors.
“We can’t fix your lives but we can fix your activewear. Great fit. Premium fabrics. Tech you
actually need. And stylish as hell. You’re welcome.”

When it comes to clothing business, there’s a lot of competitors. Our competitors are those
who are ahead of us, but we’re doing our best to get ahead of them. The difference of our
business to other competitors in the market is that we offer great deals and we make our
customers feel great when they receive the product that we made, we also make them feel
easy and relaxed when they start paying our service.
Competitive Analysis and Positioning
Most likely, our direct competitor is the Malan. They also sell anime based clothing, but
our difference is that we have a service that we let the customers customize what they want
for their hoodies. And also, our difference to Malan is that we have a much larger network than
they do. We also sell products much cheaper than them. Our customer service is very top
notch, I can tell that our service is unrivaled because we always do our best and we give our
customers what they expect from our product.
Smart Meal is an indirect competitor because they have different goals and sell different
products. Smart Meals is well-known in the metro for selling the most cost-efficient and
successful diet meal plans. Their meals are affordable to fit the needs of people on a tight
budget who desire to lose weight. They also give senior citizens and people with disabilities a
20% discount (PWDs). They also allow customers to reschedule their orders if they are unable
to receive their order on the originally scheduled dates. They already have the trust of their
customers, and because of their influencers, they can easily attract the attention of others.
Briefly compare your products' prices, quality, and special feature, your image and
location, and the income level of your customers to your competitors. Explain where your
products/services “fit” within your industry.
The significant feature that differentiates our product from others on the market is the
fact that ours is reasonably priced. The price ranges from 950 to 1,400 dollars. It is up to our
customers to decide which design they want and how they want it to be done. Despite the low
cost, the quality of our service was not compromised. We made certain to get the best product
a brand could provide. We make certain that the product has a unique feature that the
customer is willing and able to pay for. Fashion Industry is where our product fit. In the fashion
sector, custom hoodies play an important role. For mainstream buyers, personalized apparel
has become a viable and accessible choice. Hoodies are one of the most popular apparel since
they are both comfortable and fashionable. Custom hoodies are not only fashionable, but they
are also versatile. In general, you can wear them and pair them with whatever you like.
We always go the additional mile for our customers if we want to keep them pleased.
This concept entails going beyond short-term goals to long-term goals. It could even involve
going against our immediate objectives. For Example, On a busy day, if a customer requires a
product that isn't in stock, your immediate priority should be to inform the consumer that you
don't have the product and focus your efforts on gaining simple business. However, if you
overlook that short-termism by assisting the customer in locating a product from a neighboring
store, the consumer will be incredibly pleased and likely to tell everyone about your excellent
service.

V. PRICING SCHEME AND SALES VOLUME POTIENTIAL


For our product and service, we shall employ Cost-Plus pricing. Because the Cost-Plus
Pricing Strategy focuses on the product or service's cost of production; it's also known as
markup pricing because businesses that use it "mark up" their products based on how much
profit they want to make. For example, if it costs 100php to make the shirt and you want to sell
it with a 100% markup rate, the price will be 200php.
We didn't consider pricing as a criterion for competition since, while I have competitors,
we know that our product has distinct characteristics. And I started this company not to
compete, but to encourage those who buy our product. And, because the price may be
justified, I utilize a cost-plus pricing model. The cost-plus pricing technique makes it simple to
explain to customers why prices are changing. If a corporation must raise its product's selling
price due to rising production costs, the rise can be justifiable. It's also simple to utilize because
it doesn't require considerable research; all you have to do is examine your production
expenses and calculate a mark-up price.
In January 2020 - 2022, the total sales volume of CUSTOMIZED PRINT HOODIES (for both
bulk and single orders) in the Philippines amounted to approximately 1.2 million pesos. In that
same period, around One thousand five hundred pieces CUSTOMIZED PRINT HOODIES (for both
bulk and single orders) were sold in the country.
