Mohammad had been associated with our office i.e. Shekhar Gupta &
Associates, Delhi (India) as an associate from 01.11.2018 to 10.06.2022.
During his tenure, he had dealt with various important civil, criminal, and
commercial cases in different courts, and tribunals, including the Hon’ble
Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, National Company Law
Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal
Commission, Debt Recovery Tribunal, etc. As per our records, his registered
Certificate of Practice Enrolment Number is D/3165/2018.

During the past four years (approx.), he had worked under my direct supervision.
He has assisted me in courts as well as in briefing with various Senior Advocates.
All aspects of our profession, including, but not limited to drafting, researching,
briefing, client interaction, court appearances, arguments, etc. are required to be
undertaken in English.

I have no hesitation in certifying and affirming that Shahbaz has shown an

excellent grasp over the language and has, in his capacity as an advocate/counsel,
demonstrated his proficiency in English language. The fact that his schooling,
higher education, as well as profession mandates him to prove his verbal,
