LOA (Leave of Absence) with your base supervisor. If your LOA is longer than
2 months you will need to discuss it with a member of SM.

Staff members are required per guidelines to attend 4 flights a week unless
you have organized an LOA with your base supervisor.

Medical fitness is crucial in-order to keep PAX (passengers) safe when they are
flying with us. If you are deemed medically unfit to attend flights you should

contact a member of the SM team or organise sick leave for you. If SM or your
base supervisor think you pose a safety risk to our flights you will be deemed
medically unfit and you will be given a set date to return.

1.6 Leave of Absence

If you are unable to keep up with the 4 flights a week requirement you should
input a LOA request and forward it to your base supervisor. The base

permitted to direct message SM staff about your issue even if your director has
forwarded it onto SM.
