Its great privilege to welcome the most eminent Ayurvedic doctors and international
certified Yoga teachers of India, Dr. Yogi Amrit Raj Sir to deliver today’s lecture on
Stress Management to the DCO Maharashtra Family.

Sir, it is my immense pleasure to introduce you to the family of Directorate of Census

Operations Maharashtra. Before going on to the actual topic, I would like to brief the
services/accolades/achievements of Dr. Yogi Amrit Raj sir.

Introduction:

Dr. Yogi Amrit Raj is a fourth-generation, award-winning Ayurvedic Doctor, and

Certified 200/500-Hour Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) from Yoga Alliance, USA.

He has been providing services of yoga and Ayurveda both in India and abroad and
is currently the managing trustee/chairman of Maa Research Foundation, a non-profit
organisation. He is a Trustee of Arogyadham Global AIDS Research Foundation and
is the founder of Maa Yoga Ashram in Tapovan, Rishikesh.

Dr.Yogi Amrit Raj has been featured on relaxdoc.com giving a stress-management

series to oncologists in the United States. He is a regular writer at Speakingtree.in,
which is one of the renowned websites on spirituality and personal growth in the
world.

He has conducted various Yoga and Ayurveda workshops/sessions for: President of

India, Royal Families of Europe & The United Nations, Supreme Court and High
Court judges, Delhi Police Academy; Indian Law Institute, LBSNAA and many more
places...

He has his presence in the BBC channels and has also written book which was released
in house of lords England parliament. It’s a book that nourishes body mind and soul,
include home remedies, and concepts of live, love and laugh

He is also the proprietor of Arogyadham magazines which is one of the prominent
