May limang puntos
(5pts) bawat sagot na naaayon sa bawat sitwasyon.

May limang puntos

Pangalawa, mas maiging i-fact check at i-research

My Philosophy of Teaching

I believe that the learners are like plants and I the teacher is a water. It is my
calling to water these plants, nurture them and they will grow and shape the world’s
tomorrow. To teach is not just to impart knowledge, it’s about molding and nurturing the
students for them to reach their full potential and be able to compete in the struggles of
real life.

Learners are individually unique. Their strengths and weaknesses vary. I know
learners construct knowledge on what they experienced and what they have learned. I
believe it is my responsibility as a teacher to determine learners’ interest, abilities, prior
knowledge, how well they learn and develop and use these information to plan learning
experiences that will meet students’ learning needs.

Motivation holds a factor on student’s efforts to learn. It is by intrinsic and

extrinsic motivation that students work hard and is determined to accomplish learning
task. As a teacher, I should be well aware of how to motivate students into actively take
control of their learning. I will establish positive reinforcement and create learning
activties that is fun and relevant for the students.

Social interaction is another factor that which motivates learners. I will create a
healthy and safe environment where learners can interact and collaborate with their
peers. I will encourage social interaction through collaborative learning activties. In this
way, children will be trained of their social skills as well as make friends possibly for a
lifetime.

I believe that learning does not stop when I become a teacher. There is more to
learn as innovations are consistent and with that the new competencies that needs to
be acquired by both the teacher and the learner. I will continue learning in a form of
trainings, seminars, webinars, master education and others to help me grown
professionally and be able to address students’ learning needs.
