Job Shop Production because the product produce based on customer order and
every order are different. Products with a small number of production but many
models or variants. "Custom-made" products that must follow the unique design
and special specifications of the customer at a given time and cost usually do not
use a production line to do it.
2. Product Variety
Product variety in PT. Dharma Precision Tools is single product because the
company produce the product not in big quantity and limited just for the
customer.
3. Order Fulfilment
Order fulfilment in this company is Make-to-Order because the company
produce the product according the customer order

Product layout in company because this company arrange the production related
the product spec

DISTRIBUTION NETWORK
4.1. Distribution Network
In PT. DPT to distribute or to send their product usually using direct shipping and In-
Transit Merge. And sometimes the company’s product picked up by the customer and
checking the quality on-site at once. Due to this company not mass production system
and just make-to-order product, so the company using two method above that have been
mentioned.
4.2. Inventory Cost, Manufacturing Cost, Logistic Cost
Due to we are just produce according order from the customer, the company doesn’t
have any inventory cost or low cost at inventory cost, and for the manufacturing cost the
company doing bidding with the customer because sometimes the customer want to
customize their order with the specification they needs. So the manufacturing cost is
fluctuate adjusting with the customer needs. For logistic cost in this company has been
including in the bidding early before the project starts, and sometimes the logistic cost
borne by the customer.
4.3. The Product Store
The company does not have physics store or offline store, their store in online store and
placed on their websites, so the customer can see our catalogue on the websites or they
can request for other product that not avail in our websites, as long as the product
according to what the company produces, the company will try to produce the customer
needs.
