This is with reference to the above subject; this office has received working drawings of first,
second, terrace & stair cabin level floor beams & slabs.
These drawings are acceptable based on the sample scrutiny of the design philosophy,
calculations and drawings in general by this office shall however, in no way relieve the contractor
and the structural Consultant of their responsibili ty for the correctness of the design and
soundness, durability and strength of structure. The levels and mandatory tender provisions shall
be verified and ensured that same have been incorporated in the drawing. If any discrepancy
found, shall be brought to the notice of the Design Consultant for necessary modifications.
The following duly scrutinized drawing is forwarded herewith for further action.
