AFFIDAVIT
I, NOEL C. BORDON, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident
Barangay Usab, Masbate City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and state:
1. That I was employed by Alfanar Company Limited, a multi-national
construction company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from
June 25, 2010 until September 16, 2016 or for a period of six (6)
years;

2. That during said employment period, I was designated as Mason (A)

under Civil Works Department;

3. That enclosed is a copy of my certificate of employment issued by the

abovementioned company;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and honesty

of the foregoing facts and for all intents and purposes it may serve.
