REGARDING ASSET OPTIMIZATION

LEASE
• Lease of land and buildings
• Upfront fee of lease compensation payment according to agreement
• Revenue/profit sharing payment according to agreement
• Taxes are incurred by strategic partner (PPN and PBB)
• For short term lease (up to 5 years), partner selected is the partner who
initiates the cooperation
• For long term lease (more than 5 years), partner is selected through beauty
contest

REGARDING ASSET OPTIMIZATION
KSU (BUSINESS COOPERATION) :
• Business cooperation (management of PTPN VIII is not involved in operational activities)
• Minimum revenue compensation for PTPN VIII
• Revenue sharing
• Land value can be calculated as capital investments
• Taxes are incurred by strategic partner (PPN and PBB)
• Partner is selected through beauty contest except for BUMN, BUMN afiliations, BUMN subsidiaries and
business with specific nature
• Sinking fund

KSO (OPERATIONAL COOPERATION) :


• Operational cooperation (management of PTPN VIII is involved in operational activities)
• Minimum revenue compensation for PTPN VIII
