Job Details:

Understanding recruitment cycle for North America market for Full time and
Contractual roles.

Understanding of the job markets, tax terms, culture, proactive sourcing

strategies for US market.

Search resumes in various available job portals or social media tools like
LinkedIn to find the right talent

Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds 

Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level

Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position

Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and
requirements

Submit the profile of the candidate to team lead for approval

Negotiate salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies
to close the position

Arrange for the client interviews and possible offer of employment

Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed for placement

Act as first Point-of-Contact for consultants and maintain relationship with

consultant

Ensure process adherence at all levels of recruiting and follow recruitment life
cycle steps.

Shift Time: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST / 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (night shift) ||
Monday to Friday.

CTC Offered- 4,67,355 LPA

Employment Agreement:

Candidates would be required to sign an employment agreement for 12 months

amounting to 50K upon violation.

Skills Needed:

·         All Branches and Courses are eligible to be a part of this

campus recruitment drive.

·         CSE, IT, MCA, BCA – IT and Software Staffing

·         ECE, ELE, ME, CIVIL – Engineering, Semiconductor, Telecom

staffing

·         BBA, MBA – Business Professional, Finance Staffing

·         Backlogs till – #04. Probation will be only confirmed after all

backlogs are fully clear
·         Excellent Communication and presentation skills

·         Open for night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)  Open for

relocation to Noida (when offices reopen)

·         Basic understanding of their core streams
