Subject: NATIONAL BARKADA KONTRA DROGA CONVENTION

The Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA) through the

Bureau of Learner Support Services-Youth Formation Division (BLSS-YFD), in
cooperation with the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), will conduct the National
Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Convention on 29-30 October 2021 via virtual
platforms. This activity aims to encourage greater youth involvement in the
prevention of drug abuse and sustain the nationwide implementation of the BKD
Program. Kindly refer to Annex A for the program of activities.

In this light, the OUA would like to request all active BKD Chapters through
their Officers and Coordinators/Advisers to participate in this significant activity.
The OUA also encourages Regional and Division Youth Formation Coordinators to
participate in the activity, disseminate this information and mobilize participants.
