COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

THE UNDERSIGNED COMPLAINANT respectfully alleges:

I, ELIZA MONTEMAYOR, of legal age, Filipino, married to Enrique

Montemayor, residing in 324 Carol Ledesma Village Brgy. Tacas Jaro,

Iloilo City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,

hereby accuses:

MR. ENRIQUE MONTEMAYOR, of legal age, Filipino, married to Eliza

Montemayor, residing in 324 Carol Ledesma Village Brgy. Tacas Jaro,

Iloilo City, And CATHERINE RAMOS of legal age, Filipino, single,

residing at 123 Dream Village Brgy. Late La Paz, Iloilo City where

summons and notices may be served for the crime of Concubinage

committed as follows:
1. That, on June 10, 2020, at St. Clements Parish Church, I

was married to Enrique Montemayor as evidenced by our

marriage certificate marked as Annex “A”.

2. That, during the time we were living together at 324 Carol

Ledesma Village Brgy. Tacas Jaro, Iloilo City, Mr. Montemayor

would always return home late way past the time his shift as a real

estate agent has ended.

4. That on November 12, 2020, 4 o’clock in the morning while I

was waiting for my husband to return home, I received a sex

scandal video of my husband and my best friend, Catherine Ramos,

evidence by Annex “B" .

5. That, on the same day, at 6:00 AM when the my husband

returned home, I immediately confronted him regarding the sex

scandal video sent to me by a facebook friend.

6. That, upon showing such sex video to my husband, he

immediately denied that it was him in the video, despite the fact

that his face was clearly shown in the video.

7. That, on the same day, I sent a message to my bestfriend

asking her about the sex video sent to me where she likewise

denied such allegation herein attached as Annex “C

8. That, on January 20, 2021, while I was using my laptop, my

husband unknowingly left his messenger logged in on my laptop

and a message pop-up from Catherine Ramos telling my husband

that she is pregnant and sent a picture of a pregnancy test herein

attached as Annex “D” and Annex “E”.

9. That, on the same day I again confronted both of them in

which both of them again denied.

 10. That, on March 1, 2021, another sex scandal of my husband

and Ramos was sent to me herein attached as Annex “F”.

11. That, on the same day, I confronted my husband in which he

strongly denied such allegation.

12. That, on July 15, 2021, Ms. Ramos sent a letter to our house

demanding my husband for money and support for their child

herein attached as Annex “G”.

13. That, on May 2, 2022, Ms. Ramos sent my husband a birth

certificate and a DNA test to prove that my husband was her child’s

father herein attached as Annex “H”.

I, am therefore executing this Complaint-Affidavit in support of the

charges for the crime of concubinage against the said Mr. Enrique

Montemayor, who may be served with subpoena and other

processes of this Honorable Office at his last known address at 324

Carol Ledesma Village Brgy. Tacas Jaro, Iloilo City

LETTER-COMPLAINT

Sir:

Greetings!

I, ELIZA MONTEMAYOR, Filipino, of legal age, married,

residing in 324 Carol Ledesma Village Brgy. Tacas Jaro, Iloilo City,
Philippines most respectfully files my complaint for Concubinage
punishable under Article 334, of the Revised Penal Code, against the person
of MR. ERIQUE MONTEMAYOR, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a
resident of 324 Carol Ledesma Village Brgy. Tacas Jaro, Iloilo City,
Philippines, and MS. CATHERINE RAMOS, of legal age, Filipino, and a
resident of Mar St, Lapaz, Iloilo City.

The circumstances surrounding the aforesaid complaint are specifically

stated in my attached Complaint-Affidavit and other pertinent documents
relative thereto.

I am respectfully requesting that necessary preliminary investigation be

conducted as soon as possible and that a proper information be file in court.
